This work of the collective of leading scientists of the GDR goes beyond the foreign policy of the German socialist republic and its goals. It is also devoted to a certain extent to the place and role of the GDR in the world revolutionary process and, along with its achievements in the field of socio-economic and cultural development and foreign policy, also affects the successes of other socialist countries.
