For the first time in historiography, the policy of land grants of representatives of the Jagiellon dynasty on the Ukrainian territory of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania is investigated. An assessment of the types of documents of a superior nature was carried out, the mechanisms of influence of the grand-ducal power on land relations were identified, the legal basis of noble land tenure and judicial practice in cases of land disputes was analyzed, the general and special in the formation and development of the land market were highlighted, the policy of land grants in the Ukrainian territories of each of the representatives of the Yar Gellon dynasty in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania was specified.
