The book contains more than 120 recipes for ancient Russian national dishes, many of which are undeservedly forgotten and which can make our menu more refined, varied and useful. That is why I want to remember the gray-haired antiquity that has come down to us from old books and magazines, from the stories of our great-grandmothers and grandmothers.
