Book of Honored Scientist Professor N.K. Keremov "Travels of Bakuvi" is dedicated to the life and work of the outstanding Azerbaijani traveler and geographer of the 15th century. It begins with a story about the time in which Bakuvi lived and worked, about his environment, about his most famous predecessors. Most of the book contains a popular exposition of Bakuvi's main work. It describes an area from China in the east to Andalusia in the west, and from Ireland the Baltic in the north to African countries in the south. Of particular interest are lines telling about Central Asia and the Caucasus. The book is designed for the general reader.
