Sociological research becomes part of our reality. From the region * and academic scientific interests, they switched to the practice of party and Soviet work, became an integral element of the life of production teams. Studying the trends in the development of social structure, lifestyle, education, knowledge of social processes - population migration, staff turnover, social planning tasks insistently require more and more complete and more accurate knowledge of real life, and this necessitates the development of sociological research.
