In a new book from the series "New sources on the history of Russia. Rossica Inedita" presented a previously unknown set of letters, diary entries and notes of the second major of the Shirvan regiment Alexei Ivanovich Rzhevsky for 1755-1759. Rzhevsky's documents reflect the officer life and official realities in the rear of the Russian army during the Seven Years War, the author's extensive social contacts and his relations with relatives.
