The textbook sets out the history of mapping the territory of Ukraine from ancient times to our days. The main historical stages are highlighted and their content is disclosed. The main cartographic works on which Ukrainian lands are displayed, features of general geographic and thematic mapping are considered. The study of the cartographic heritage of Ukraine is important both for cartographers and geographers, as well as for historians, archaeographers, toponymists, architects and other specialists for whom maps are an important historical source.
