The book examines the causes and consequences of marine accidents resulting from collisions. When analyzing incidents, the actions of skippers were analyzed. The decisions of the judicial authorities of the USA, Great Britain and other European countries in cases of collisions are given. The analysis of accidents was carried out from the standpoint of existing MPPSS-72. Designed for navigators of sea transport, fishing and river vessels of mixed "river-sea" navigation.
