The second edition of the monograph of the famous domestic sexologist L. Ya. Yakobzon "Onanism in a Man and a Woman," dated June 1927, gives a complete and detailed description of the phenomenon of onanism, its causes and possible consequences. Currently, the book is a bibliographic rarity and will be of interest to both practicing psychiatrists, psychotherapists and sexologists, as well as students of medical institutes.
