The book combines the works of three authors - Valentin Khokhlov, Vladimir Zolotorev and Sergey Bashlakov. These are independent works related only by a common subject - libertarianism. Valentin Khokhlov presents a libertarian view of the main problems of the political agenda. A separate text is devoted to the constitutional changes desired from a libertarian point of view. The third text is an overview of the programs of the most influential libertarian parties.
