The publication is the first publication (facsimile and Russian translation) of a trophy file from the archive of the Reichsleiter Rosenberg Operational Headquarters, a Nazi organization engaged in the discovery of cultural property in countries occupied by German troops and the subsequent export of cultural property to the Reich. In the "Z" file cabinet, the staff of the Operational Headquarters collected information about the values ​ ​ of culture in the occupied part of the USSR.
