More than 80 species of the main forest fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms and medicinal plants are described in the reference book. For each species of plants, a brief botanical description is given, an indication of its distribution, flowering time, ripening and collection. The description of the mushrooms indicates the category of their edibility and in what form they are most often consumed (salted, pickled, dried, fried). For some types of plants, the simplest methods of collection, drying, packaging and transportation are also given. Wild fruits, berries and nuts make up a healthy, tasty and pleasant addition to our constant food.
