In the center of the Caucasus lies North Ossetia, inhabited by an ancient people calling themselves "ir," and their country "Iriston." On the land of Iriston, many monuments of various eras have been preserved. They deeply and vividly imprinted the material and spiritual culture of the Ossetian people. This book is devoted to some of them, which make up the unique heritage of Ossetia.
