The purpose of the dissertation was to comprehensively study the maternal practices of the nobility of the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries as the most important component of the structures of the everyday life of this social layer, which has its own social, cultural, generational patterns, to identify the features of the textual representation of this complex emotional phenomenon for a better understanding of the structure of thinking of society of that time and its gender regime.
