The work explores the main currents of conservative utopian thought that formed in Russia at the turn of the 19th - 20th centuries. The political and legal concepts of K. Leontyev, V. Solovyov, N. Berdyaev, P. Novgorodtsev and others are analyzed. The author's focus is on the interaction of power structures, ideology and law, the influence of the political and legal utopias of conservatism on the further development of Russian political thinking.
