The book "The History of the Development of Domestic Manned Cosmonautics" published articles reflecting the complex and long path of development of space technology - technology that allowed a person to break out of the globe, take the "first steps" in the surrounding space, and then begin larger-scale work on space exploration: the creation of manned space and orbital stations, projects to explore other planets. The book shows in detail the path of development of space technology: from a rather primitive aircraft by today's standards, which was the Vostok spacecraft, to the most complex stations implemented on a modular basis. This series includes a preliminary design of a manned spacecraft for the flyby of the Moon V.N. Chelomey, and projects of interplanetary expeditionary systems S.P. Korolev, and, of course, a brilliant project to create the Buran orbital spacecraft and reusable space transport systems.
