Purpose of the dissertation: to investigate the activities of Vikzhel to create a constructive political opposition to the homogeneous Bolshevik government and to study the reasons why Vikzhel was unable to implement the idea of ​ ​ public consensus in practice and could not achieve the goals of his opposition - to form a homogeneous socialist government.
