General information on clothing, structure of male, female and child figures, initial data for calculations during construction drawings are given. Methods of designing various types of men's, women's and children's clothing, features of drawing on standard figures and figures with deviations are presented. The method of developing models based on basic design is shown, information on the manufacture of patterns, their gradation, peculiarities of cutting, the procedure for fittings and elimination of planting defects in the process of product manufacture is given.
