The book examines the state of labor relations at a number of Russian enterprises, citing the judgments of those employed at them - from the general director to the ordinary worker. Based on the data obtained using the socio-psychological test of G. Hofshted to identify the national features of the labor culture, it is shown which management cultures in other countries are closer to the traditional features of the Russian production organization. The practice of regulating labor relations in Canada and Germany is also described.
