The book details the technological process of spoon production, and indicates possible ways to rationalize this production. The existing attempts to mechanize the fishery are described in detail. We hope that the book will help fishing unions, industrial farms and promartels to properly manage the spoon industry, and for direct workers and newly trained workers it will serve as a practical guide to the technique of producing wooden spoons.
