The monograph deals with rip and rotary flows with circulation zones. The theory of inviscid laminar and turbulent vortex currents was developed without the use of empirical data, for which considerations are involved: variational, stability and model. Based on an accurate analysis of the equations of hydrodynamics, a number of applied problems were solved: new theories of a centrifugal nozzle and swirling jets were given, currents in cyclones, vortex chambers, etc. were calculated. In conclusion, 10 unresolved problems were formulated.
