The book "Palace coups in Latin America (international legal recognition of new governments)" aims to show how American monopolies organize and carry out palace coups in Latin America, violating their sovereignty. US diplomacy with the help of economic, political, legal and military means of pressure "forms" the Latin American governments that please itself, justifying the recognition or non-recognition of certain Latin American governments by ideological means (doctrine of Jefferson, Hay Tobar, Wilson, Stimson, Laretta, Mann, Johnson). Condemning the interference of American imperialism in the internal affairs of Latin American countries, the conspiracies and coups organized by them, the XXIII Congress of the CPSU noted that these methods are used by the United States in Africa and Asia, and in particular in Vietnam. This book also attempts, based on official materials and documents, to find out the methods of obtaining the recognition of new Latin American governments by the State Department and the political and legal consequences of recognition or non-recognition of Latin American governments by the United States.
