The book introduces readers to the dishes of Ukrainian cuisine, the recipe of which was developed on the basis of combining the restored recipe of old Ukrainian dishes with the most common now in Kyiv, Transcarpathian, Lviv, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions.
