Taking into account the best domestic and foreign experience in the field of storage, certain issues of rationing the quality of crop products, information on the processes occurring in grain masses, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, bast crops and tobacco raw materials during storage were considered. Theoretical bases of storage of crop products, modes and methods of storage of grain masses and juicy plant objects are described. The issues of environmental protection and the use of production waste are considered.
