The textbook is a full-length course in modern international financial law (IFP). For the first time in the Russian legal literature, it gives a detailed concept of the IPP in the context of globalization. All the main topics of the course were considered: the concept and components of the international financial system; sources, MFP system; international financial institutions; legal regulation of international settlement, currency and credit transactions; international debt law; the law of international financial assistance; international legal issues of combating money laundering. One of the sections of the textbook is devoted to the legal aspects of Russia's place and role in the international financial system. Attached is the course program. It is recommended for students, students of all forms of training in law, political science and economics faculties, for teachers of universities in Russia and the CIS, practitioners, scientists, officials of the state apparatus, deputies of the State Duma and members of the Federation Council, as well as everyone who is interested in financial and economic issues.
