Contains tasks on the main sections of geometric optics, including the basic laws of paraxial ray optics, the theory of an ideal optical system, beam confinement, optical system as a transmitter of radiation energy. Problems in determining chromatic and monochromatic aberrations are also given. Dimensional and aberration calculations of lens and mirror-lens systems are considered.
