The book discusses raw materials for the production of beer, the processes of preparing wort, fermenting and post-fermenting it, bottling beer. Process operations and equipment used are described in detail. Much attention is paid to mechanization and automation of processes. For the publication of the book in Russian, an overview of the most significant changes that have occurred in the field of brewing technology and technology in recent years is given.
