The textbook was prepared in accordance with the program of the course "History of Philosophy" and the State Educational Standard of Higher and Vocational Education. It analyzes the historical stages and main directions of the development of philosophical thought from antiquity to the present day. Along with the analysis of classical schools of philosophy, basic philosophical concepts, categories and problems are also considered.
