The textbook discusses systemic approaches to environmental management of territories and nature management associated with the use of water resources, which constitute a special type of economic activity - environmental management. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between nature, the formation and development of man, society and the type of economic activity in question. The basics of the methodology for studying natural-technical systems (TCP) "Natural Environment - Object of Activity Population" and their environmentally sustainable development are considered. Attention is paid to environmental impact assessment (EIA) of environmental facilities in compliance with environmental safety requirements. Types of engineering arrangement of basin geosystems territories are considered.
