The dictionary is an experience of an aspect lexicographic manual and is a linguistic description for educational purposes of complex phenomena of Russian morphology. The dictionary is intended for persons teaching and studying Russian as a non-native language: compilers of programs and textbooks, authors of textbooks and training dictionaries, teachers of the Russian language, as well as students and high school students.
