The textbook examines the basic concepts, institutions and branches of modern international law, shows their evolution. When preparing the textbook, the latest regulatory materials and documents of foreign policy, acts of international organizations were used. The basis of the team of authors was teachers and researchers of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia with the participation of a number of employees of Russian and international organizations.
