The troublesome thing is to provide the family with vegetables, herbs, mushrooms for the winter. But on the other hand, what gratitude are the eyes of the home-makers and guests, when in the February cold they turn green on the table from sorrel, when it is enough to go down to the cellar - and here they are, casting wonderful red tomatoes, when salty mushrooms are served to boiled potatoes...
