The historical narrative of clerk Ivan Timofeev (d. C. 1629) about the fierce struggle that stirred up the Moscow state at the beginning of the 17th century. "Temporary" has survived to our time in the only list of the 17th century. The manuscript was published three times by S.F. Platonov in the XIII volume of the "Russian Historical Library" (1891, 1909, 1925). The publication of the series is based on a new study of a unique manuscript. The text of the monument is accompanied by a translation into modern Russian.
