The decisions of the XXV Congress of the CPSU provide for a 1.5-2-fold increase in the production of effective types of metal products. One of the promising ways to solve the tasks is the use of steels and alloys with high structural strength, which in most cases is provided by secondary phases. Dispersed precipitates of secondary phases, which are usually formed in the structure during the decay of supersaturated solid solutions, impede the movement of dislocations and thereby have a direct effect on strengthening.
