For the first time in one volume, the world famous work of the German thinker Oswald Spengler "The Decline of the Western World" is published (more familiar to Russian readers under the name "The Decline of Europe"), in which he predicted the unification of Europe back in 1923 and put forward his own concept for the development of human civilization, created an original classification of types of human culture that, like living organisms, go through stages of development and eventually die, turning into a barren mechanical civilization.
