This edition covers the ethical heritage of the outstanding English philosopher J.E. Moore (1873-1958), which some researchers regard as one of the most important events in the field of ethics of our century, as a revolution in ethical theory. Not so much morality itself, but the science of it - ethics, and especially its language, not so much people's actions, their behavior, motives, norms and assessments, as their logical, linguistic and conceptual expression, that is, logic and the language of morality become his main subject of research. Two of Moore's three works included in the book have been translated into Russian for the first time.
