Ganges Publishing House in 2012 published a book about Qi-Gong of the Chan-Mi school, written by the famous Chinese master Feng Shao Yi in collaboration with Mikhail Rotter. This is serious work, dry and detached. The proposed publication is a work of art, together with the heroes of which it is easier to understand master the basic techniques of the school. The work is easy to read, but at the same time does not allow liberties. This book will help students enter the world of Qi Gong, where men and women of various religious beliefs, belonging to different races, earning their daily bread with various activities, learn to control their vitality and their bodies.
