The book consists of two parts. The first part includes translations into Russian of the texts of Philodemus, Numenius and Damascus, dedicated to the history of the Academy in Athens. The second part consists of a series of studies on various aspects of the history of Platonism from the time of Plato to the period of late Antiquity.
