The collection contains decrees, decrees and clarifications on labor issued after the outbreak of war with Nazi Germany. It also includes separate acts of pre-war labor legislation. The appendix contains the historical Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions of December 28, 1938, which is still of great importance for further strengthening socialist labor discipline.
