The collection contains articles based on the materials of the international scientific conference of the same name (Kazan, September 28-30, 2010). The focus of the authors is the interaction in the process of historical development of the peoples of Germany, Poland and Russia, the peculiarities of their socio-political structure and their place in the European cultural space, the role of Russia, Poland and Germany in European and world politics and diplomacy of the New and Modern times, including the events of the turn of the XX-XXI centuries.
