The book is addressed to high school students preparing to pass the exam and to participate in social studies olympiads, as well as junior students starting to study sociology for the first time. The key concepts of modern sociology are presented in a systematic presentation, taking into account the requirements of the school curriculum. A number of sociological categories are revealed on the material of the socio-economic realities of Russian society in its historical dynamics.
