The theoretical foundations of the organization of innovation and investment activities of the enterprise are presented. The role of innovation activities is disclosed, conceptual approaches to assessing innovations and investments and the methodology for implementing the innovation policy of the enterprise in conditions of uncertainty and risk are developed.
