Astrakhan Kremlin is ancient and beautiful. He is a monument of both civil and church architecture. Until the beginning of the 18th century, the center of both secular and spiritual power of the city and the Astrakhan Territory was located here. Later, civilian administration left the Kremlin, moving towards the White City.
