But the war has not yet been won - the Nazis are eager for the Volga, a bloody Stalingrad battle ensues, and an Italian-German squadron, led by the Italian battleship Giulio Cesare, passes through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles. And at the shipyards in occupied Nikolaev, heavy gunboats are being built to shell Sevastopol.
