The monograph is devoted to historical-psychological and theoretical-methodological analysis and comparison of two leading approaches in the psychology of the XX century. - behaviorism and cultural and historical psychology. These two approaches, as well as their central concepts - behavior and activity - are considered from the perspective of the tasks of developing an objective approach in psychological science.
