The tutorial discusses matrix methods for solving classical and degenerate problems of linear programming of transport logistics: minimum network backbone, shortest paths and routes, assignment problem, vector optimization of the cargo work plan, examination of transport systems, conflict problems of multimodal transportation. The necessary information from linear algebra, matrix analysis, game theory and graph theory is given. The studied tasks are accompanied by practical examples that are solved in the publicly available electronic environment of the MS Excel spreadsheet processor. The Appendices contain options for practical tasks for independent solution of transport logistics problems by students of 2-3 courses of technological areas of training.
