The book of the outstanding French scientist, founder of the French sociological school E. Durkheim (1858-1917) includes two of his classical works. One of them, published in many countries, is devoted to considering the reasons and functions of the division of social labor. In another work, also widely known around the world, the author gives an interpretation of the basic principles of sociological methodology.
