The first volume of the documentary "Food Security of the Urals in the XX Century" contains materials related to the first three decades of the XX century, when, along with the transformation of society, the regional food policy and food supply of the population changed. Documents on the level of food supply, its structure and implementation mechanisms, which were dependent on the development of agricultural production, processing industries, and trade, are being introduced into scientific circulation.
