The second volume of the documentary publication "Food Security of the Urals in the 20th Century" contains materials related to the late 1920s and until the mid-80s, when a strictly centralized system of production, processing and food supply of the population was formed and implemented. Documents on the level of food supply, its structure and sales mechanisms, on the development of agricultural production, processing industries, and trade are being introduced into scientific circulation.
