Zyablovsky Evdokim Filippovich (1764 (?) - 1846) - Russian statistician and historian, professor of geography, history and statistics of the St. Petersburg Pedagogical Institute (since 1804), later the university (1819-33), a representative of the conservative direction in state science. The book is a work on the geography of the first quarter of the XIX century.
